DEM Haarstudio

DEM Haarstudio is a women's hair salon in 's-Gravenzande, for cutting, colouring, styling and eyebrows. The salon is the sister business of Ilo's Barbershop.

At a women's hairdresser no two appointments are the same: the treatment and the hair itself determine what needs to be done. A booking system that only records a date and a time misses half the story.

The booking system is part of the website itself. The customer chooses a treatment, a date and time and a stylist, and then gives her hair colour and hair length. A second person can be booked into the same appointment. After booking, a confirmation email arrives with a link that lets the customer cancel free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. The site also has an online shop with a basket.
