The client

Kapsalon RS is a barbershop in Rotterdam, specialising in haircuts, beard care and shaving. The shop works strictly by appointment.

The starting point

If you work by appointment only, a phone number is not enough: the barber is cutting hair when the phone rings. Online booking is therefore not an extra here, but the front door of the business.

The solution

The booking system is part of the website itself. The customer chooses a barber and a service, sees the price and the duration, and then picks a date and a time. After booking, a confirmation follows by email. The price list and opening hours are also simply on the site, for those who want to look first.
